The culture and people who work here are very like-minded and lovely individuals and much of the work is done asynchronously.

As a start-up, a lot of promises are made that often aren't seen through. Additionally, while you're working there, you're treated incredibly well, but as soon as they can't afford you, you're on your own. With how much money is dropped on varying projects and events, it was only a matter of time before the layoffs started.
