Went out of business, and laid off due to my position was no longer needed

Lots of very nice people working there passionate about the products they sell Backed by a large company - corporate stability good benefits - if you last long enough (employee churn was an issue)

Large company backing is VERY NOT in the health industry leading to some employees not respecting the company mission Nepotism/favoritism/corporate politics run WILD here (Likely the reason i got "laid off") Not much advancement opportunities Short staffed in important departments experienced and hard working staff is often ignored, underappreciated and given more work to pick up the slack. (saw this in multipule departments, personally I drove an hr to pick up items from a warehouse, using my personal car, that staff needed the next day and were delayed due to shipping issues, didn't even get a thank you or offer to pay for gas) Micro-managing by middle management - upper management was super cool Brand embassadors are crazy, like tin foil hat crazy. Not condusive to non-healthy/non-vegan - this was a super turn off, people actively made fun of me and often stopped by at lunch to see "what garbage i was eating" because i wasn't vegan and wasn't a "health lifestyler" seriously didnt help me trying to be more healthy.
