Vantaggi
I work at the Winnipeg location, and the only nice things I can say is that the buildings are nice, and the cafeteria food is pretty good.
Svantaggi
- Want people to work in-office 3 days a week despite many people in the department being located across Canada, and coworkers in-office barely talk to you so there barely is any "collaboration" - Starting 2026, they want employees to start work at the earliest 7am as opposed to 6am, which will make work-life balance difficult - They do not consider transportation for their employees; Winnipeg changed up their bus schedules and routes, making commutes to and from work take 30 minutes to 45 minutes longer – if you want to drive and park, forget about it because they charge their own employees to park - On top of all that, they refuse to give anything higher than a 2% raise for your salary, and bonuses are as low as an extra $100 all while asking more and more of you thus making morale ever lower - They expect you to follow the procedure after training, but oftentimes the procedure doesn't fully cover topics or issues, and fellow coworkers get annoyed when you ask them a question - Management won't give you a refresher on topics even though you're one of the few employees trained on said topic, are getting audits, and want to genuinely do better - Auditors can be unfair when giving you audits, and sometimes don't follow their own procedures
