They put on a good show of caring about you, but it's all just surface level acting looks nice on the outside, hollow on the inside.

Capminds gives fake promises, both to clients and employees. Here you won't get PF, Salary Slips, Health Insurance, or other Standard perks. Job roles are never respected, as a HR end up working as Software tester, coordinating with Business development, or even technnical support, creating a role confusion and burnouts. The work environment is toxic and unprofessional. unless you're comfortable with unethical practices and chaothic management, this is not a place for any normal working peofessional.

The work load is heavy .without giving proper time , they will ask u to work beyond the working hours . Not an IT company just a man power company
