A bad culture, driven by ex Accenture management, who have limited vision and ambition beyond clearing the bench day to day. Very limited ability to grow your career other than the day to day project delivery .. you will often be sitting alongside contractors deployed long term on an assignment. Training is mostly delivered internally and is of poor quality

Coaching alignment constraints — Coaching relationships are tied to domain, which limits flexibility in choosing formal mentors. Long engagements (sometimes) — Some projects run for long durations or through multiple extensions. It can provides stability but may reduce variety in client and project experience depending on what you’re looking for.
