Nothing much to be told but yes Colleagues at peer level were supportive.

Unrealistic plannings, expectations and constant pressure. 4.Poor work life balance; long hours treated as normal. 5.Micromanagement and lack of trust in employees. 6.Frequent blame culture instead of problem solving approach 7.No clear processes or structured leadership. 8.Management thinks they are perfect and they know everything.
