Oh let me count the ways. Since Cardinal took over Fox Pools it’s been a nightmare. Cardinal calls themselves a family oriented company, but it only applies to the upper echelon. Favoritism and nepotism run rampant and come before qualifications. Upper management will put a target on your back for an un-dotted “i”, and consider an uncrossed “t” good reason to fire you. You constantly feel like your job is in jeopardy, no matter what minor inconvenience you’ve caused. They will make you feel guilty for wanting a higher up position in the company as their way to put someone else in, once again regardless of qualifications. Micro-management is also a huge factor here.
