The internal structure of this company is barely functioning. Leadership is touting that we're in "startup mode" while setting absurd expectations, and giving us zero resources (the startup mode is their excuse for having no resources even though the company was just acquired by a multimillion dollar holdings company). The CEO is toxic and gaslights employees and the whole company. Their advice is to tell us to work and try harder to prove ourselves if we want to keep our jobs, but there is a severe lack of support to complete our required functions. Managers don't have any information, the training is sub par at best and completely inapplicable at worst. It seems like there are two different worlds employees live in, either they're in management and have no idea whats going on, or they're a front line worker and are unable to communicate what they need because leadership is unwilling to take a realistic look at this company, and what it needs. If you ask for help or ask any questions, everyone passes you around to the next person, there is no written process and we've lost a lot of historical knowledge because employees are fleeing. No one knows whats going on.
