- Expected to return to work even on days off - Expected to be a ‘know it all’ in the department, with frequent ‘surprise tests’ for staffs in the department - Unfriendly superiors who hires personal friends to work in the departments and thus providing special treatment - Lots of politics, one may seem friendly on the outside but stabs you in the back the first chance they get - One of the HR pretends to be a know it all, likes to assume and jump into conclusion without getting facts right, and only listens to one side of the story - list goes on!
