So far the job is satisfying - no cons

large company with the feel of a small company. it is fairly easy to "make a difference" at Carsem

currently focused on short term profits. not investing in development of new technologies fast enough. staff cuts have stretched the technical staff very thin. new management does not understand the semiconductor business.
