Owner either doesnt know the law changed on January 1st 2019 or doesnt care, you now must pay tipped employees at least minimum wage if you didnt make enough in tips per day, not overall for the week. I had to call for my last paycheck 5 1/2 months after I left. I recieved a small check stating 4.35 an hour with no tips earned. That would mean he owed me 12.00 per hour, to this day he still refuses to pay. That is called stealing from your employees. The place is always understaffed, the POS system was never programmed correctly so you have to manually type every item with a price. All around it is not a good place to work.
