This company is plagued by poor management. The CEO micromanages nearly every part of the company, making it hard for employees to take initiative or suggest new ideas. They have no intention of sponsoring but mislead employees until the very last moment. Castalia should be upfront about not offering sponsorship during interviews. It’s hard to believe that the CEO is unaware of these issues. The leadership seems to view this kind of treatment as acceptable, despite how unethical it is.
