The money is fairly decent but there’s a reason for that!

Dirty,dusty,minimal training,bullying tactics,old & dangerous machine(s)

Good money and overtime reliable

Minimal training, bad management, bullying, repetitive heavy lifting 13 hour shifts fettling constant use of vibrating tools with very little breaks, no eye wash stations holes in asbestos roof, no extraction in fettling area, facilities are disgusting no hot drinks showers are vile, toilets never cleaned told that you have to wait at your station if fire alarm goes off and wait to be told to leave. Put you running 3 lines running at ridiculous speeds and expect you to keep up after 10 days training. Force you to take your holidays when it suits them also.
