Obscure hiring process, no on-boarding, constant bad managed organization changes that leaves the company in a continuous loss of talent and detriment of members moral. Responsibilities not communicated clearly, un-realistic expectations by upper-management with no feedback and allowing corrections. Some middle managers gives bad example not respecting good practices they force for the rest, causing big troubles that slowly drains company's position.
