Option to work remotely/hybrid/in office to suit your needs Fun team building events Great co-workers Opportunity to progress Frequent salary reviews When I moved home from Vancouver to Ireland, the CEO offered for me to stay on in whatever capacity worked for me. I work hours that suit both myself and the team which is great. My colleagues have been able to travel while working. As long as work is completed, management are happy to meet your needs.

      - Friendly coworkers and leadership, office environment was enjoyable to work in - High visibility of work as a co-op, we were given meaningful tasks to work on and code that I and other co-ops wrote made its way into production - Remote work privileges when necessary
