Just keeps getting worse.. - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Centerplate

Zero respect by management and constant backstabbing by co-workers. Management would constantly lie to get workers they couldn't control terminated with 'just cause'. Other supervisors and workers would work together to spread lies and claim racism in order to get more hours and benefits. HR was pathetic as they would never listen to the workers and only support management like pets. Servers would hide in order to avoid doing their duties and claim they were on a coffee break... but management again would not care. Terrible system for scheduling and constant payroll errors.
