Vantaggi
The benefits were certainly a plus and the company does a great job of ensuring that the best possible plans are worked out on a yearly basis. The people were honestly the best part of the company as everyone from the warehouse workers to the upper level management was always approachable and showed genuine interest in the wellbeing of their employees. The pay was competitive.
Svantaggi
Growth was always an issue, and it seemd that if you didn't have the "in" with a few select upper-management types, you could be on the outside looking in. The employees seemed to know what they were doing, but some took opportunities to pace themselves during work which didn't help overall productivity. Some structural issues with how the company was set up led to layoffs imo, but that is just what I saw from my perspective, as i don't believe any one person was to blame.
