No regular 1:1 meetings, and when they do happen, they are not taken seriously, one of mine took place at a barber shop while my manager spent most of the time on the phone with his wedding DJ. Senior engineers often spend work hours playing games and chatting on Discord, while the actual workload is pushed onto junior developers with little guidance.
