As any good consulting firm should, this company focuses on developing their employees. You are given a plethora of growth opportunity and freedom to learn/research security topics you care about. You are never alone with any challenge here. Quality of service to clients is never sacrificed. Every member of the team is quick to help one another. It's a supportive working environment that emphasizes that there are no stupid questions. The clientele is growing quickly, which gives you exposure to different types of industries, companies, and challenges. With this diverse experience, I found that I learned much faster than I did in my previous corporate position. Work life balance is also a main focus here. Even before COVID-19, the company was already fully remote. There is open communication and the leadership is always looking to improve wherever possible.

No real cons at this time. With any smaller organization, there are some growing pains. Change occurs regularly, but they are all headed towards a positive direction.

I was there first hire. They recruited me off linkedin, that's right I never applied for this job. They reached out to me and offered to move me etc. Then 6 weeks into the job after we closed double my annual salary my first month, they fire me through email and never answered the phone. Since they are not in Denver I was stuck to fend for myself in a new city after only 6 weeks. I am also a service connected disabled veteran and he used his veteran status to get to me!
