Flexible hours, before Covid you get good tip, not so much anymore, great food and drinks

There really is not any Pros

Horrible Hours, Discrimination, No HR Department, Harassment issues, No breaks, Extremely busy, Always understaffed, The management is only Vietnamese so if you are not Viet do not work here. Serious issues get ignored here because there is no HR department. There are constantly harassment issues, whether verbal or physical. None of this is addressed because the owners do not care about their employees. Managers are always threatening to fire employees for doing simple things wrong, or requesting time off. One of my managers while there threatened me that I would be sent home for not wearing makeup. There is just so much verbal abuse that makes work culture so toxic. I have witnessed managers yell at employees in front of customers for very minimal reasons. The owners will not even address you unless you are in management. They were recently sued for not giving breaks, but still do not give breaks. Very high turnover rate, people do not stay because they treat employees like trash. I wouldn't recommend working here. There are other part time places that will give you less of a headache so please do yourself a favor.
