Training opportunities are second to none, (I've acquired an MCSA since having joined and am currently on an Open University course). Great social committee with events almost on a quarterly basis, monthly pizza and fruits couple of times a week. - Recognition and reward. Going above and beyond duties doesn't go unnoticed.
