Has a toxic environment across most functions and the good, professional people tend to leave within 18 months to 2 years once they have the experience on their CV. Very little is done to address the root cause of problems, instead they ‘wallpaper over the cracks.’ There is a lot of potential with people, and teams, but this is never realised due to the work environment.
