Horrible people and culture - Recensione dipendente - Underwriting Operations Assistant presso Charles Taylor

Very cliquey, nasty culture, they almost encourage bullying and put people in positions they are just not qualified for. my manager openly snapped and swore at me loudly and no one batted an eye. You are not allowed to take sick days during the busiest season, even if someone is really really unwell. They expect a 9/10pm finish and you get looked down on for wanting/needing to leave on time.
