This is at best 3rd rate syndicate with poor organisation, a surplus layer of senior management and serious integrity issues. There are of course some good people there but even with an extra layer of management there is no clear leadership. Systems are antiquated, producing rubbish data. Therefore no one is really sure what is going on. Worst of all the senior management cannot be trusted. It is highly political with no respect for individual’s legal rights.
