Limited opportunities for promotion since most positions, especially the prospective one, are occupied by the same staffs for 5 years and even more than 10 (Well, you can say that is a stable and rigid company structure. But I would say that is a lack of upward mobility. lol ). Vague career path (you need to find out which way is suitable for you and I hope you are patient enough to figure it out before finding another better job). Middle-level grade to managerial grade staffs just want to keep the business run and get as many as benefits from the company instead of giving promotion and training to the junior staffs and thus, most junior staffs are being used for this purpose until they quit. Last but not least, low salary package compare to other companies in financial sector.
