      I have worked for CLA Scottsdale for over 6 years and started out as a Pre-K teacher with Stephanie McCormick as my director. I now report to her as my regional manager and I receive the same support from her now as I did when she worked in the same building with me daily. So the bottom line is the biggest pro for working for this company is the support you are offered. Not to mention we offer an incredible curriculum taught by the most amazing teachers in Scottsdale. We pride ourselves on customer service and ensuring each family has the best experience. I am proud to work for this team.

      We used to have quality trainers that would host monthly or quarterly meetings with different members of the management team. I thought this was a great way to hear what the newest up and coming things going on within the company. Although emails are great this was a way to connect with your sister schools to hear about how they may overcome challenges or new ideas they have.

      Really cool and fun things in the facility.

      Poor safety standards, Poor Management, teachers putting hands on students, teachers leaving trainees in rooms with no CPR certifications, nothing in rooms saying who had allergies and of what, if you have a child in the care as well they treat you very poorly, they don’t treat you as a parent who’s kid is in the care and paying to be in the care, extremely unprofessional and rude management.
