At Choice we are pleased to offer our associates a robust family care program that includes full paid maternity and paternity leave, adoption assistance, as well as back-up child and adult/elder care. Once our parents return to work, we offer a transitional, reduced work schedule, fully paid for 30 days. On an ongoing basis, many of our associates take advantage of flex-work and work from home schedules, giving them more time to spend with their family.
