      Laid back yet professional work culture. Cool people who are passionate about skiing and snowboarding. Truly look to help customers, no sleezy sales tactics are used - if anything it's the opposite, always looking out for the customers' best interests even if it means no sale. Really great benefits if you are into skiing, snowboarding, etc. in the form of discounts on gear and insider access.

      It's a retail sales position, so you must be able to deal with difficult customers and be on your feet for long periods of time without a break if it's busy.

      Free ski pass to Deer Valley, great commissions, great tips, fun coworkers, decent management.

      Management is not bad, they are very accommadating, but they complain a lot and sometimes speak poorly about other employees in front of the other employees which is very unprofessional. It is not like other ski shops, it is extremely high end and you deal with some of the egos that come with catering to the 1%'ers of the nation.
