      *Starting salary and benefits are competitive *Bi-annual bonus (although it's performance-based) *I love the benefits (total 30 days paid leaves, tech/gadget allowance, internet *Allowance, HMO allowance, Bonusly - claimable points rewards) *Can work anywhere that has an internet connection *Big help in career growth/experience -- learned a lot about e-commerce when I started working here

      *After some time, compensation is not equal to the work that is asked *Cases of out-of-scope tasks -- Tasks that are not initially in the job description are being given as additional workload *Often, taking leave, especially in Creatives Department is hard, because of deadlines. Or if you take a leave, even if you finish things in advance, tasks are still piled up after coming back from leave. *Work-life integration not work-life balance, working on a leave day is unavoidable (which is sad) *Very rare that a salary increase is considered (for tenured employees) *Means of measuring workload is thru consumed time, which is not very realistic especially if you are in the creatives *Will be forced to work on a task (even if it's out of your scope) or else it will be taken against you, for not being very adaptive or not open to growth/learning

      Despite being an email focused marketing company, I've had first hand experience in handling other forms of marketing. E.g: Text Marketing, Social Media, Web Push Notification, App Push Notification. Being able to have the experience of handling multiple forms of marketing has allowed me to expand my knowledge and skills in marketing. Everyone is Chronos is friendly and willing to provide a helping hand whenever I have questions. The flexibility of being able to work remotely wherever and whenever I choose to is an extra bonus as well.

      Being a fully remote operating company, the lack of physical interaction makes it slightly harder to reach out to other co-workers when we're working as a team.
