1) Poor quality of work, good work is generally done at Canada development center even when you have good tech stack used in the project. Don't get bluffed by bigdata technical terms 2) Classical support and maintenance work in telecom domain at Gurgaon center 3) HR practices are missing completely, your manager is your boss, he can make or break things easily, HR never reaches to you. HR is only active on glassdoor not in Company. 4) no monthly, quarterly or yearly meetings with you manager to understand your concerns. They only cares work is done, no focus on your personal growth ever 5) no visibility of work, no sprint practices still you work in Agile to fix support cases 6) Existing architects, 3A and above would treat you like slaves and you can't do much about it as Manager only cares/trust these existing employees. 7) you do not get anything to lead(independent work e.g. design) until you spend like 3 years here. you are always considered outsider by existing employees who have tenured here.
