Always out of work and laying people off. There is an industry wide consensus in avoiding using this contractor due to their unprofessional culture along with inferior work quality. There are no professional engineers, architects, project managers, understanding of rapidly expanding technology, or construction professionals that can provide solutions in a very demanding industry. After losing and then losing more, they have continued to use the same people that have contributed to their demise. Finally the core personnel that they trained have left Circulating Air and moved on with better companies that will value their talents and now just throw them in the trash.
