      CitNOW has been one of the best places I’ve worked. The work-life balance is genuinely excellent – you're trusted to manage your own time and there's no pressure to "always be on." Everyone here is incredibly friendly and supportive. From day one, I felt welcomed and part of the team. The culture is collaborative and respectful, and it’s clear that leadership really cares about employee wellbeing. One of the biggest positives for me is that there’s no micromanagement – you're given the freedom to take ownership of your work, which makes a huge difference day to day.

      I've been at CitNOW for around 7 months as an apprentice, I've thoroughly enjoyed my time at CitNOW. I have had great opportunities to grow my career with the business and meet industry experts. I would recommend working at CitNOW to anyone as its an excellent team and working environment. I look forward to going to work everyday and have never been disappointed here.

      Amazing recruitment process from start to finish despite being over Xmas and different to normal process Great support since I've joined up and down the organisation. Do genuinely feel we're working to one goal.
