The company's reputation is so bad that when you have it on your CV, good employers are impressed that you stuck it out for a reasonable amount of time. When you meet other former employees as you can discuss how bad Citi is and it's something you all have in common.

Toxic culture. People there a long time have learned how to effectively gaslight. Some of the senior managers are outright bullies, especially those based in London and NYC. I've never witnessed such unprofessional conduct. Things I have heard on conference calls would make the local press as abuse in the workplace. HR keep their head in the sand.
