As a high growth company, we know that things move quickly so we are very mindful of the need to do a better job of communicating our values to the company. The management team is working on stressing our unique vision and core values through hosting company all-hands and team email communications. This post denotes a need to continue to work on being more active with communicating our values, refining our messaging and to identify additional opportunities to reach all of our team members.
We are strongly aware of the constraints put on the management team as a result of our rapid growth and their workload. There are active discussions underway about how we can build upon their strengths and leadership skills. Our People team has put together management offsite training and the team has been incredibly receptive that there is room for improvement. Like any start-up we realize we’re not perfect.
We appreciate the time you took to share your concerns and are committed to creating an environment where this input is not only valued, but acted upon for the betterment of our culture and employee experience.
