This is my favorite place I have ever worked! The team is deeply intelligent, witty, caring, and passionate about making healthcare more patient-centered and accessible. I've had so much autonomy to build systems and drive workstreams here that I would't have had anywhere else. The atmosphere is highly casual (with a great sense of humor) but don't let that fool you--everyone at Clara is serious about patient centricity and changing the clinical trials industry for the better. Every day you get to solve interesting problems hands-on alongside a committed team. As an added bonus, the benefits package is strong as well.

As we're building something that hasn't been built before, we are often working in an ambiguous, unstructured environment with limited support. This is a fit for highly independent self-starters who are excited about building systems from the ground up, but people who thrive in siloed, structured environments will likely find this difficult.
