Absolutely lovely people in the HR team, very forward thinking group, constantly working and striving to build and drive on new things - always on a shoestring.

HR leadership has no strategy or direction. Some poor unchecked behaviours in ExCo and HR leadership. No leadership accountability at that level. The next level (Senior Directors and below) trying their hardest to make things work but not involved in big decisions and just told to do things. A very disempowered "tell" culture. Barely any change management, constant cuts, etc.
