Things move fast here, so best for people that don’t like the staleness of some large orgs. There are some growing pains which that’s expected for where we are at.

We're tackling a massive, serious mission, but we do it as a team that genuinely looks out for one another.

The pace is definitely fast and the expectations are high, which might be a bit much if you prefer a more predictable, low-pressure environment. Since we're moving quickly on a critical mission, you really have to be okay with change and owning your work from start to finish.
