Vantaggi
The money is awesome when it's good. it's easy to move laterally and even upwardly. It's not likely going anywhere. The managers were actually pretty cool. Aside from the corporate agenda they were made to enforce. The staff was made up of some of the best people I ever had the pleasure of working with.
Svantaggi
It's often below scale and, often, depending on position, below minimum wage. Money is basically garbage if you work during the day, and great if you work at night. If you're a pretty girl and a server, you have a good chance getting nights quickly, though you can make money as a server during the day if you're not on the patio. Guys and bar staff, good luck. You'll be strung along until you can't deal anymore. Threaten resignation and you may get a good shift thrown your way. It's run like a pyramid scheme, more than a business that values it's employees. It's also extremely susceptible to the "season syndrome". Miami is slow during the summer. The Cleve, relying on tourists for the vast majority of it's business is a worse than average.
