      - People first approach - huge potential to grow and learn - Personally this is a company where I have worked the most number of years for(Currently on my 4th year) Got into the company soon after my MBA with 10 other batchmates of mine out of which 8 of them are still part of the organisation which is a phenomenal number considering the general average job switches people do post their PG. This is a testament to how the company have always taken great care of the employees. The company has a very generous VCP and ESOP structure which is truly encouraging. I personally have also started off here as a Customer Success Manager, moved on to become a Senior Customer Success Manager and then to Principal CSM where I also manage a team of 9 talented CSMs

      This is not an easy industry, but a highly competitive one. You will always have your company backing you up, but the general MarTech industry is a high-paced and dynamic one.

      There are meaningful opportunities to take ownership and drive work independently. The role can grow with you if you are proactive and curious. The exposure to cross-regional work and different teams is strong, and you get to build processes from the ground up. Leadership is generally approachable and open to ideas, and there is room to shape your function if you take initiative. The learning curve is steep in a good way.

      Some processes are still evolving, so you need to be comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out without a lot of structure. Workload can spike at times.
