Great workplace - Recensione dipendente - Software Engineer presso ClickHouse

The company is in a big and competitive market. It grows very fast as an open source alternative to snowflake. Culture is very transparent, e.g. all-hands meeting, so we know what's going on. Leadership team is very capable (bottom up, EU to US market strategy) and caring (do care the employee difficulty). Management team (at least the kernel team) always stands in the first line and takes the burden. Colleagues are very friendly and helpful. 2 times a year offsite and 25 days PTO, which is awesome.
