We strive to give the best Work life balance to our employees. 😊some days, on an important event (Like the NFL Super Bowl or Railways Exams!), when there are and thousands of users are on our apps, we have to be on the standby to make sure our services are on point. - 📍Our location (Sector 63, Noida) is shared by brands like TCS, Birlasoft, Lava Mobiles, Fujitsu. Our Block (G), happens to be a low area. During monsoons, 1-2 days of the year there is some water logging in the area. On this day, employees are either asked to work from home or take a holiday if they do not have access to a PC at home. We understand your concern but there is so much a company can do with infrastructure issues (🤔ref. companies in some areas of New Delhi, Mumbai in monsoons). - 👨🏼‍🎨At Cliffex, Design is an integral part of our product development process. We believe that Design and Engineering should be treated equal. We are great engineers but sometimes we need guidance on good design practices. - 📆We will work towards shortening the morning meetings. - 👩‍💻All employees at Cliffex have WFH facility since our inception. Employees who abuse the system are barred from taking WFH.
