People take pride in their work, but have a sense of humility and approachability—making it easy to work together Climb is open to change, not limited into tradition because that is how it's always been done. Empowered to do what works best for our partners and customers. Often hear from clients that Climb is different because there is an actual human being they can reach out to - so much of what we do is due to long standing relationships. I guess that is rare in the distribution space. Opportunities for women - have been in tech for a very long time and Climb is the first company I've worked for where the % of women is equal to the % of men! That holds true for management - nearly 50% are women!
