I don’t think this is really a pro but this was the only thing I could think of. Less work, but this also means you won’t get opportunities to learn.

If you get into Drug RA, Then you’re lucky, the team is wonderful. But, if you get medical device RA, then be prepared for the following: 1. Horrible manager 2. Horrible team lead 3. Highly disorganised management 4. Disrespectful environment 5. No recognition what ever you do 6. You are treated as a low level employee 7. There is no opportunities for growth 8. No 1 on 1 meetings, I served for 2 years and not even a single 1 on 1. 9. No proper laptops provided even after multiple tickets raised. IT department is pathetic. 10. Absolutely no job security at all, if your project gets closed, get ready to look for opportunities outside the company immediately. 11. No exit interviews. I have seen my colleagues and friends leaving the organisation and none of them had exit interviews. 12. You will be working with b.com people who are under qualified you have to train them who will be earning more package than you. Attrition rates are very high, due to pathetic management the attrition was more than 80%. And the management is struggling to keep the employees. I have never seen such a despicable company ever. All in all this is a terrible company to work if you get Medical device RA please avoid at all costs.
