Based on the fact that I was hired with Management knowing that I had no electronic component buying experience, could have had more support regarding some their parts and better idea of what we were trying to accomplish. Their technology and processes are very odd and antiquated. As past reviewers have posted- Decisions are solely driven by the CEO's whim of the day. This company continues to do things the same way and expecting different results. There is zero work-life balance for salaried employees.
