Being with Clio for last 2 years, I'd highlight the culture, leadership, and career opportunities as the major pros to working here. While the company has grown a lot, the leadership team has done a fabulous job maintaining the mission driven culture and the values are very much integrated in how everyone works. The leadership team has also grown a lot over the last 5 years or so, bringing in fresh perspectives that are really well received. And given the tremendous growth of the company overall, Clio serves as a great place to grow with the company and be a part of a changing environment that is pushing to be best in class.

With the quick growth, Clio is experiencing the usual challenges that companies at this stage go through. This means the day to day work has ambiguity, is constantly changing, and requires flexible leaders and contributors. The culture sets the company up well, but the environment isn't for those looking to learn the role and execute, you need to be excited about adapting to meet the company's ambitious goals.
