On long week they want you to do a 12.5 hour shift on the Sunday but also increase your shifts by 1 hour during the week leading up to it. Makes no sense. Training is another manager coming to your store to show you what to do but they aren’t even sure on most things themselves. System is so outdated I was using it in what everyone wants over 20 years ago. Managers responsible for sales and wastage but they shift patterns expected of you mean you don’t get to do all the store orders meaning your relying on others to keep them within reasonable margins for sales and waste. Staff are good. Capable of being promoted but if their faces don’t fit then they don’t have a chance.
