Good benefits and great people and the individual contributor level.

Over the past year, the company has gone downhill fast. Crazy amount of turnover and 2 rounds of layoffs. Morale has plummeted and it seems most people are looking to jump ship. Managers and C-Levels only look out for themselves. The pay was not great. On top of all that the product seems to always have a new issue and there are always fires to be put out. Overall I do not see a successful future for Cobalt which is sad because it once was truly such a great place to work at.
