Homofobic personal experience. Workplace harrasement ( they fired the guy after 4+ people complained). The first advice i got when i entered is not to stand-out. OThers entreprises allegedly know about me and validated my fellings and experience . Alleged former workers reach out to me to support and validate my experiences telling simmilar stories. Micro-aggresions dismised, i complain to reach a common ground, everyone was aware but did nothing. And more.
