Codera Technologies is the parent company of ZAMROO, an online marketplace for selling used goods. - They gives you freehand to work on the project. - Management team is very professional especially the CEO. - Never ever you have to chase them for anything, they honor the contractual terms. - Management listens to the new ideas and ready to implement if they found them to be beneficial. Overall the good management team, nice product and huge market opportunity.

Funding is their major issues, as wrote above product is fantastic and so is the market but VC's/ PE Investors have still not funded them. The management team being technocrat really doesn't know how to play the VC game. I have been monitoring them since last 12-18 months, the companies which can't even stand 1% in front of them have been funded but they haven't. So I believe the VC funding doesn't comes only becoz the management is good, highly capable, product is excellent and have huge market opportunity.....but it has something more to that which possibly they haven't been able to figure it out.

It is a startup company but have resonable good client base,Very good work culture and work flow, processes, ethics.. Top management team is highly experienced and have very sound understanding of Outsourcing Industry worldwide. Hoghly professional especially CEO of the company, Good Work ethics, Professional and Positive attitude. This company has the capacity to grow multifolds and should be watched. I will definately subscribe to their IPO if they release at any point in time.

You have to find your way to stand out in a crowd. Things happen only by persuasion. You can be a normal employee for ever if you dont go the extra mile, but to shine you have to dig for opportunities.
