Accommodation provided, advertised as part time.

Managers expected to do admin work, basic maintenance all gardening work. Told that contractors are used for heavy gardening replanting etc but then told no money to pay external contractors. 24 hours on call duty so hardly part time and when on duty can’t go anywhere more than ten minutes away. Residents are told all they own is a piece of paper their house isn’t their own to enjoy and when managers fail to maintain the site residents are charged twice for all repairs. Don’t think the contracts are even legal for working hours that we do. Top managers fleecing residents and working Estate Managers into the ground. High turnover of staff.

None to speak of unfortunately

Paid a chicken feed salary, with the expectation that you are on call 24 hours a day. Whilst that is going on, the board of directors, who give zero support, are coining 40k+ salaries..... Do not work for these people
